The tray form represents the boat “travelling” on life’s journey or simply on a voyage of discovery. The trio of teapot forms could be symbols of the birth/life/death continuum or they could be three travelers who are interdependent and therefore required to get along. The figure-like teapots represent advanced Culture, they represent us; disparate they still exhibit shared aspects that reveal their common ground. They are travelling, hopefully, to a place of peace and sustainability.

Travelling Green received an Honourable Mention at the 7th Cheongju International Craft Biennale 2011
